LPA POSITION/COMMENTS: In November 2007, Las Placitas Association widely circulated a community survey regarding potential uses for the 5,000 acre BLM lands north of Placitas. You can read the survey results and member comments. Please visit the BLM web site noted above, attend the scheduled BLM public meetings, become educated, and above all register your land use preferences via the public comment process made available by BLM. The input you provide will influence the use of neighboring BLM land for years to come.
